First run for full marathon (No target)
Started in middle of crowd
Using asics nimbus 20
Breakfast with energybar (hammer, wildberry)
Fueled with 4x energygel (hammer, peanut butter is the best so far) taken 1 before run and every 10k each
Chew saltstick every 10k before energy gel
Clocked at 3.48 using my watch Garmin Connect
Place number 31st Men Open (category 30-39) result
